In the right hand column on the homepage the threads used to be listed in chronological order with the one containing the last post on top.
Now it has changed so that I get the threads listed randomly.
Tech gurus - is there a way to fix this so that I can see the latest post on top like I used to previously.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the documents needed for AC 21 I 140 Approval, Labor Certification, I485 Reciept, Offer Letter from company B (make sure you have the same job title and the same salary as of your labor certification)

My PERM was approved in 3 days filed on June 15, 07 approved on June 18. .
I was lucky to be able to apply I-140, I-485 together during the July madness.
Last Month I received an RFE on the I-140 for degrees and reference letters after sending I-140 approved in 2 weeks. Now I have received an RFE on my I-485
They have asked for work authorization for the volunteering and internship I did while on F1. My atty by mistake put these on the G325A form. The internship was a cpt recorded on the I-20 so no worries there. Volunteering was where the problem is. It was working at a physicians office (my dad's office) helping in computer stuff.
What do the Gurus recommend I do. I am worried that at this stage What can we do.

I have an interview scheduled for my H1B revalidation stamping at the Mumbai consulate next week. My son will be accompanying me for his H4 stamping.
My wife is already in the US(she travelled using her AP).
The FAQ page of the Chennai consulate says that incase both parents are not accompanying the child for the interview, then the absent parent must submit a signed and notarized 'no objection certificate' to the parent going for the interview. There is no such mention on the Mumbai consulate FAQ page.
Question - Does this apply in my case - since my wife is already in the US ?

Hi,
Do we have to pay the issuance fee if we are getting stamping in India. I am getting my H1B stamping in chennai. I am in my 8th yr of H1B.
Can any one please inform me about this ? Also if any one recently had their stamping done, can you please post your experience.

Hello all,
Can someone guide me which category i am eligible to file my Labor with current employer?
As of today, i have bachelors + 6 yrs of experience. But when i joined my current employer, i had 4 years of exp.
1. Am i eligible for EB2 category with Current employer?
2. Or do i need to change current employer and file my GC?

Employment based I485 is pending and priority date is not current, and wont be current until we have cars that fly. Have valid advance parole from EB I485. Plan to file a family based I485 next month and wait for receipt notice and then travel out of country.
Is it possible to return to US on the advance parole from EB I485 after filing FB I485? (Application for a second advance parole based on for the FB I485 will be pending as it takes ~3 months to process AP).

We should think of starting this thread to organize bus rides from Texas. If we use U.S. Coachways, which is in most major cities, we could potentially have buses leave from the major metros (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin) or two or more buses leaving Houston and San Antonio in the south and picking up more people as they make their way north to Dallas and Austin. Beyond Texas, the buses could also pick people up in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, etc, or other states depending on the routes. Also, a great and reliable local Dallas bus company is "Buses by Bill"
